Are your watches authentic?

Yes. Every timepiece offered by Clairmont Collection is carefully inspected and verified for authenticity before sale. We are committed to offering only genuine luxury watches sourced from trusted partners and collectors.

Do your watches come with a warranty?

Yes. All watches include a 12-month warranty from the original date of purchase.

Our warranty covers mechanical defects and functional issues that occur through normal use. If your watch stops functioning properly through no fault of your own during the warranty period, we will repair it free of charge.

What is not covered under the warranty?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Water or moisture damage

  • Theft or loss

  • Accidental damage or improper use

  • Force majeure events

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Addition or replacement of components not supplied by the manufacturer or Clairmont Collection

 

The warranty becomes void if the watch is sold or transferred to a third party.

What should I do if my watch has a malfunction?

If your watch experiences a mechanical issue during the warranty period, please contact us with detailed information regarding the malfunction.

Once the watch has been inspected and confirmed to fall within the warranty terms, repairs will be carried out free of charge.

Do you offer returns?

Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy for all watches purchased online.

You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the watch for a full refund, provided the watch is returned in the same condition in which it was sold.

What conditions must be met for a return?

To qualify for a refund:

  • The watch must be returned in its original condition

  • The watch must not show signs of damage, misuse, or excessive wear

  • All accessories, documents, certificates, boxes, and attachments originally included must be returned together with the watch

 

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Who pays for return shipping?

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend returning all watches using a fully insured shipping service, as we cannot be held liable for packages lost during return transit.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

All returned items are carefully inspected before a refund is approved and processed.
